Now in its fifth year, the Annual Middle-Market Financing Awards will recognize the accomplishments of professionals and firms in mergers and acquisitions deal financing, as well as debt and equity offerings. The awards will honor deals in transaction value of more than 10 million and less than 1 Billion USD market segment.  

We invite you to read the following information and submit your top deals among the various categories of awards. The winners of Middle-Market Financing Awards will be honored at the awards gala held at The Drake Hotel in Chicago on June 9, 2008.

 Annual Middle-Market Financing Awards

The Middle-Market Financing Awards recognizes top debt, equity, or hybrid deals in that demonstrates ingenuity and advances the broader capital markets. The nominated deals must have closed between the timeframe—March 1 2007 through March 31 2008. The awards will honor deals in transaction value of more than 10 million and less than 1 Billion USD market segment.  

Finalists are selected from among the qualified nominees.

Winners are announced for the first time during the Financing Awards Gala on June 9. Winners must be present to receive their award.

Confidentiality Protection Statement

All information submitted in the OFFICIAL NOMINATION FORMS is treated with utmost regard for confidentiality to all parties. Nomination forms are maintained in a secure setting, seen only by select M&A staff and the enlisted committee of judges, all of whom have signed non-disclosure agreements.

Nominations must be received prior May 5, 2008 for consideration. You may nominate yourself or someone else, and enter as many nominations as applicable.

Deals must have closed between the timeframe—March 1, 2007 to March 31, 2008. The size of the transaction must be above 10 million and below 1 Billion USD.  

Information must be submitted as requested. Failure to submit the required information will result in disqualification. Exceeding the indicated level of word count will lead to exclusion.

Forms must be submitted in type-written format and must be sent via email as instructed.

The M&A Advisor and/or the judges reserve the right to re-nominate or re-categorize submissions. The M&A Advisor and/or the Judges reserve the right to preclude a category of award based on quality of submissions received.
